Empathy is now more important than ever, and business leaders must rethink not only how to run their organizations during a difficult time, but also how to ensure the well-being of their employees remains top of mind. To lead successful organizations, business leaders must listen to their employees and create an environment where empathy is embedded within the entire organization. A people-centric approach to business is key – one that prioritizes the emotional, mental and physical health of the workforce.

At PMI, we've been working hard at listening and responding to what is top of mind for our employees as they continue to navigate the effects from Covid-19 and the uncertainty that it has brought upon us all. We continue to ensure through our educational outreach and professional development offerings that organizations and individuals have the skills and tools they need to lead with empathy in a changing world.
