Unplugged: The Purpose Crafters – Enabling Positive Change with PMI’s Hours for Impact

Joe Cahill, our Chief Customer Officer, thanks everyone for the continued support of our ‘Hours for Impact’ initiative and for pivoting impactful social change by giving back to society. We have set a goal to pledge 125,000 hours towards advancing the 17 Sustainable Development Goals by December 2022. We are calling upon PMI staff, members, chapters, credential holders, volunteers, and any individuals or organizations who want to show their commitment through pledging hours of service.

As Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Joe Cahill is responsible for all PMI’s Global Customer Group. He oversees the Global Customer Engagement Team, the Global Customer Experience Team and PMI’s eight geographic regions. Joe previously held the positions of COO, Interim CEO and SVP of Finance and Administration in his time with PMI.
