I've been labelled many things: Dreamer, Eccentric, Thinker, Curious ("curiosity killed the cat")... And it is those attributes that I have built my career and led me to where I am today.

It starts off with an I.D.E.A.

INQUISITIVE - Being CURIOUS about the world around me and wanting to understand not just how things work, but how they link together as part of the overall value chain.

DESIGN - Daring to DREAM big and bold means I am mindful of the past, but I don't let it cloud the future when designing a long term solution.

ENTHUSIASM & EMPATHY - These 2 attributes are diverse but essential in driving successful change strategies. It makes one look ECCENTRIC, but tapping stakeholders' motivations are what helps change mindsets.

ANALYTICAL - To THINK not just of what is in front of you; combing through large swaths of data points seemingly unrelated, but piecing together to form the big picture and UNDERSTAND the implications.

Projects that I have managed over the years have been focused on new plant development/start ups, supply chain cost improvement/optimization and change management.
