Hi! I am Klaus. I am the founder and lead instructor behind Leading with AI. For over 15 years, I’ve helped leaders and teams navigate complexity, guide transformation, and thrive in the face of change. First through agile, and now through the fast-moving, high-stakes world of artificial intelligence.

I didn’t start in tech. I started in the messy, human world of helping people work better together, make good decisions, and build trust during change. But when I started using AI tools like ChatGPT, I saw something shift: AI wasn’t just a productivity hack. It was a new kind of leadership challenge. One that most leaders weren’t being prepared for.

That’s why I created Leading with AI. To help project managers, scrum master, people leaders, and change agents not just stay relevant, but become the kind of leaders this new era demands. So far, my work has reached over half a million learners worldwide. It combines practical tools, grounded ethics, and human-centred thinking.
