I am an ICT Engineer with a Master’s in Strategic IT Management (UNINI Puerto Rico & Universidad Europea del Atlántico, Spain) and more than 11 years of experience leading projects across fintech, cybersecurity, and software development.

My career has been defined by turning complexity into clarity. I’ve successfully managed distributed teams, overseen portfolios with high business impact, and delivered end-to-end solutions, from e-commerce platforms to banking systems and enterprise applications, within tight deadlines and demanding standards.

I hold certifications as Scrum Master (PSM®), Agile Coach, and in Digital Transformation & IT Strategy (MDETI). Beyond methodologies, I focus on building alignment between business and technology, fostering collaboration, and empowering teams to work with agility and purpose.

As a volunteer with PMI Global and PMI Dominican Republic, I actively contribute to the project management community, sharing knowledge and helping shape spaces that promote continuous learning and innovation.

I believe what makes me successful as a project manager is my ability to combine technical understanding, business acumen, and human-centered leadership, ensuring that every project not only delivers but also creates real value for people and organizations.
