PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Results-driven QA Lead and Project Manager with 12+ years of experience in end-to-end quality assurance, test strategy, and project delivery across web, mobile, embedded, and IoT systems. PMP® certified with a proven track record of leading cross-functional QA teams (6+ engineers), managing project scope, risk, and stakeholders, and delivering 95–100% on-time, defect-controlled releases in high-stakes domains including hospitality, public sector, and assistive technology. Skilled in integrating CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, GitLab) to accelerate release frequency without compromising quality. Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements that reduced regression cycle time by 25–30% and improved test coverage by 30%+. Currently based in Dubai and available for hybrid and office-based engagement.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

Led and mentored QA teams of 6+ engineers at Interel (Dubai) and Kritikal Solutions, achieving 95–100% on-time delivery across multiple parallel projects.
Designed and owned QA strategy, test plans, effort estimates, and release coordination for an IoT-based Energy Management System (EMS/GRMS) deployed across multiple hotel properties.
Executed API, UI, and database validation with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), maintaining ~99.9% system uptime for critical hospitality operations.
Prepared and communicated test metrics, defect dashboards, and quality reports to senior stakeholders and Product Owners across Agile sprint ceremonies.
Drove automation and risk-based testing initiatives that cut regression cycle time by ~25% and improved release frequency without quality compromise.
Recognized with Best Team Award (Kritikal Solutions) for contributions to EdTech POCs and AI projects; appreciated by IIT Delhi for launching India's first Braille Laptop.
